Cancellation & Payment Policy All students must recognize this Payment & Cancellation Policy prior to registering for any cooking class. All cooking classes are non-refundable and must be paid in full to reserve your spot. HST will be applied to all classes. Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please phone The Chef Next Door at 519-915-2665. Refund Policy Consider our classes like a concert: if you are unable to attend or fail to show up for the concert the venue does not offer a refund or credit. Please think of our classes the same way. However, we will do whatever we can to help you out. Cancellation with 30 or more days' notice by email or phone No refund. A credit will be issued so that students will be able to reschedule for a future class. Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice by email or phone No refund. Students will be eligible to reschedule for a future class ONLY if the Chef Next Door is able to fill your reservation. Remember you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if you are unable to attend. Without Notice No refund or reschedule. Paying with Gift Card/Gift Certificate If a student uses a gift card or gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above cancellation policy applies. Gift certificate(s) and/or gift card(s) will be debited or voided. Please bring your gift card or certificate to the class. Class Cancellation The Chef Next Door reserves the right to cancel a class when the minimum enrollment is not met. 36 hours' notification will be given and the participant will be issued a full refund or credit towards another class.
